Россия официально признала независимость Крыма

На официальном сайте Президента Российской Федерации 17 марта в 22.30 был опубликован Указ о признании Республики Крым независимым государством.

Публикуем официальный полный текст Указа:

«1. Учитывая волеизъявление народов Крыма на общекрымском референдуме, состоявшемся 16 марта 2014 г., признать Республику Крым, в которой город Севастополь имеет особый статус, в качестве суверенного и независимого государства.

2. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания».

Напомним, что на референдуме За воссоединение Крыма с Россией проголосовали 96,77% избирателей. После утверждения итогов референдума парламент Крыма объявил о независимости Республики и обратился к официальной Москве с просьбой принять Крым в состав России в качестве нового субъекта федерации.

Референдум в Крыму не признают легитимным в странах Запада. Россия стала первым государством, которое признало независимость Крыма. Вероятно, теперь российские дипломаты будут прилагать большие усилия, чтобы независимость Крыма признали страны СНГ, прежде всего, Казахстан и Беларусь.

17 мaртa стaлo извeстнo, чтo СШA и стрaны Eврoсoюзa зaпрeтили въeзд нa свoю тeрритoрию ряду рoссийских чинoвникoв - Влaдислaву Суркoву, Сeргeю Шoйгу, Сeргeю Глaзьeву, Дмитрию Рoгoзину, Вaлeнтинe Мaтвиeнкo и другим. Сaнкции нe кoснулись министрa инoстрaнных дeл РФ Сeргeя Лaврoвa и прeзидeнтa РФ Влaдимирa Путинa.

18 мaртa в 15.00 Влaдимир Путин выступит пeрeд члeнaми Фeдeрaльнoгo Сoбрaния РФ, глaвaми рeгиoнoв, прeдстaвитeлями oбщeствeнных oргaнизaций и рaсскaжeт o пoступившeм oбрaщeнии житeлeй Крымa и гoрoдa Сeвaстoпoль o приeмe в сoстaв Рoссийскoй Фeдeрaции. Через 5-7 дней Крым де-юре станет новым субъектом Российской Федерации.

Тем временем, Запад пугает Россию санкциями, которые в разноголосице выглядят одна страшнее другой. Западные «партнеры» могут заморозить все кредиты и капиталы российских физических и юридических лиц. Могут быть созданы условия для блокирования продажи российского газа в Европу. Американцы намерены предложить программу строительства сети крупных терминалов, которые будут принимать сжиженный газ из США. Для граждан России будет ограничен въезд в США и страны ЕС.

Могут быть проверены операции покупки российскими миллиардерами спортивных клубов. Естественно, будут найдены нарушения, которые позволят признать сделки незаконными. Напомним, Аркадий Абрамович владеет футбольным клубом Chelsea, а Михаилу Прохорову принадлежит американский баскетбольный клуб New Jersey Nets.

Разумеется, у России нет такого же набора санкций. Теоретически люди в Кремле могут отказаться всех кредитов, которые были взяты государством или компаниями на Западе. В России могут быть конфискованы все западные активы. Доллар попытаются исключить из валютного оборота. Фантастика?

В Крыму летом 2013 года отдыхали сотни тысяч россиян. Разве мы думали, что через год Крым станет 84-м субъектом России?

В любом случае в понимании политиков Запада Россия нарушила ряд официальных и негласных договоренностей, поэтому в ближайшее время нашу страну будут пытаться всеми силами изолировать. Мир постепенно приближается к непредсказуемой исторической развилке.
