Задержание лидера «Союза граждан Грибановского района» прогремело на всю Россию

Крупные российские федеральные СМИ и правозащитные организации сообщили сегодня о нарушении конституционных прав граждан властями Грибановского района Воронежской области.

Так, Радио Свобода сообщает, что 31 октября в поселке Грибановский был задержан Геннадий Башлыков – председатель «Союза граждан Грибановского района». Он вместе с заслуженным фермером России Николаем Утешевым передал главе районной администрации Александру Польникову открытое письмо местных жителей с призывом уйти в отставку.

Как только Башлыков вышел из здания администрации, его задержали полицейские, вооруженные автоматами. Диалогу с оппозицией глава районной администрации предпочёл наряд полиции.

До этого активисты «Союза граждан» провели одиночные пикеты с лозунгами «Польников должен уйти» и «Судимому Польникову не место во власти». Лидера «Союза граждан», Геннадия Башлыкова считают узником совести. Правозащитники готовят обращение в организацию Amnesty International.
